New Baby on the way....
It's been so very long since I last wrote on blog. Right now, I am four months pregnant and soon Sha Sha will become elder sister. Sha Sha's now 1 year and 5 months old. Very talkative and chitchatty. Not that she exactly well but well, she's learning fast. Hopefully, she will grow up well and healthy. Praise the Lord for the grace that He has showered on me.
Baby Alicia turns Toddler!!
Now a 1-year-old, baby Alicia is active and kicking... hehe...exaggerating, am i? She is my precious child whom I really treasured very much. Lately, so many things have happened. We all need to realise that time with our family is the most precious one. Once the chance is over, we can never get it again.
Let us pray for all the departed, that they may rest in peace. To those still alive and with us, let us all cherish them as we never had before.
Joy In Disguise
Each passing day with my baby girl is a very tedious task, tending to her needs and temper. Yet, as her mother, I say my thanks each day to God for giving me such a beautiful girl. Her every smile makes me forget all the tiredness that I encounter each day. Seeing her cry breaks my heart into pieces. I promise I will do all my best to protect her and let her learn that all she needs. Praise the Lord always!
My Baby Girl, Alicia
Today is her 19th day old. Baby Alicia was born on 9th Oct 2007. So thankful to God that she is a healthy and active baby. So thankful to God that both of us are safe and healthy. People always say that delivering a baby is a labour so great that sometimes we pay with our own life to save the baby we love so much. Now that I experienced that already, I truly believe that without love, I won't be able to survive the pain of labour. I believe the same goes to my hubby. Thank you so much for being at my side throughout the labour. Without you, I don't think I'll be able to give birth to such a beautiful baby, our baby.
For me, the whole thing happened just like a dream. Suddenly, I am a mum now. Suddenly, he's a dad. Suddenly, we have a new member in our family. Don't you think it's just a perfect miracle from God? For now, I know that I have a new responsibility. To love Alicia and to bring her up as good as possible.
Four More Months!
Hurray....Four more months, I can see my baby's first smile. I am really looking forward to the new baby's coming. Even now, the baby's communicating with me through stretching and kicking. So cute! I wonder whether he looks like his pa or ma? No matter what, I know we are all waiting anxiously for the baby to come. May God protect the baby from all dangers.
Happy Chinese New Year...
This year will be my first time to celebrate Chinese New Year with my in-laws. Tonight, they are going out to buy things as preparation for Chinese New Year festival. Everyone, be it students or teachers, is buzzing with excitement. I wonder what this coming Chinese New Year would be like for all of us. Definitely won't be the same as the past years. Every Chinese New Year is unique for all of us. To all of you out there, Happy Chinese New Year!
Looking Forward to Holiday
Tomorrow, a one-day holiday means a lot to me. Sick and looking pathetic, I think I need a break from my job. Already, I have lots of plans for a fun break tomorrow. Watching movie with my beloved hubby, window-shopping, going for a romantic walk etc etc... It's been long long time since we last spent quality time together. It's time for a good break!
